Dr. Zhang received his B.S. in chemistry from Jilin University in 1995. After two year’s M.S. study in Jilin University, he had pursued his Ph. D at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). In 2002, he was a postdoc at INFM Center on nanoStructures and bioSystems at Surfaces(S3), Department of Physics of University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. In 2005, he was a research associate at department of chemistry, HKUST. At the end of 2005, he joined the State Key laboratory of Supramolecualr Structure and Materials, Jilin University as an associate professor. He got a promotion to professor in 2010.
