Introduction:

Dr. Gao Peng, he studied as PhD at the Max-Planck Institute for Polymer Research (Mainz, Germany) in the group of Professor Klaus Müllen in Organic Chemistry. Since 2010, he joined the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne the lab of Professor Micheal Grätzel as a postdoctoral researcher specializing in synthesis of near-infrared absorption dyes and hybrid perovskite materials. From 2015 he followed Professor Md. K. Nazeeruddin to participate in EPFL Valais Wallis project, and worked in the newly established EPFL Sion Energy Center. In the past six years, Gao Peng applied for four patents, one authorized, published 21 papers as first author and corresponding author, co-authored 60 papers in the peer reviewed journals. Up to now, according to google scholar statistics, his SCI H-index is 36, total citation of the publications is 12500 times. At present, he is working in the Xiamen Institute of Rare-earth Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He started Lab of Advanced Functional Materials and will focus on rare earth elements application in organic optoelectronic functional materials and photovoltaic materials.
