Short Biography
Dr. Li Yang, born in 1984, is an associate professor. He obtained his Ph.D. from Jilin University in 2012. He studied and worked in South Korea and the United States for two years before returning to the State Key Laboratory of Supramolecular Structure and Materials at Jilin University in 2015. His research focuses on functional polymer materials and their applications, and he has achieved significant innovative results in the fields of self-healing conductive materials and superhydrophobic materials. He has published 30 papers in SCI journals such as Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., and Nano Energy, with nearly 4,000 citations. He holds four Chinese invention patents and one U.S. patent. He has also received funding from the Jilin Provincial Excellent Youth Project.
