Short Biography
Dr. Hao Zhang received his Ph. D in polymer chemistry and physics from Jilin University under the supervision of Professor Bai Yang in 2004. Then he joined the group of Professor Helmuth Möhwald at Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces, Germany, as a postdoc researcher and stayed there till 2007. After that he returned to the College of Chemistry, Jilin University, as a full professor. Now he is in the faculty of the State Key Laboratory of Supramolecular Structure and Materials in Jilin University, as an honored Tang Au-Chin Distinguished Professor.
Research Interest
The research of Dr. Hao Zhang focuses mainly on polymeric nanocomposites, includes the following: (1) Theranostics materials; (2) Supramolecular nanodrug delivery systems; (3) Preparation and assembly of functional nanoparticles; (4) Quantum dots and QLEDs.
