Short Biography
XXu Shuping graduated from College of Chemistry, Jilin University in 2001, achieving a bachelor's degree. In June 2006, she obtained her Ph.D. in Science from Jilin University, specializing in physical chemistry. In the same year, she worked at Institute of Theoretical Chemistry, Jilin University, appointed as a lecturer. From Feb. 2007 - July 2008, she joined Juila Xiaojun Zhao’s team, Department of Chemistry at North Dakota University, for postdoctoral research, mainly engaged in the preparation of silica/metal nanomaterials for fluorescence enhancement. Since Sep. 2013, she has been a full professor at Jilin University. She hosted 6 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects and published more than 400 papers. Over 30 patents have been authorized
Research Interest
1.Surface-enhanced spectroscopy: mechanism and applications.
2.Nano biosensing, e.g., single-cell SERS analysis, subcellular analysis, nucleic acid assays, microfluidic drop-based analysis.
3.Bioimaging, e.g., two-photon fluorescence imaging and high-performance imaging probe.
Honors & Awards
1.In 2008, won the first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of Jilin Province (as the 5th contributor)
2. In 2016, received the second prize from the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (as the second winner)
3.In 2016, won the First Prize for Technological Progress of the China Business Federation (as the second recipient)
4.In 2020, was selected as a Class B "Tang Aoxing Awarded Scholar" a leading professor at Jilin University
