个人简历
顾景凯教授1963年出生于辽宁新民。1997年获得沈阳药科大学药物分析博士学位,随后在吉林大学化学系从事博士后研究,2002年获聘吉林大学教授,2003年任博士生导师。现兼任国家药监局药品注册审评专家咨询委员会专家;中国药理学会药物代谢专业委员会副主委;中国制药工业协会药物临床质量与评价专业委员会副主委;Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B,Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis,Drug Metabolism and Disposition等杂志编委。近年来,相继承担了国家自然基金重点项目2项;国家新药创制重大专项子课题3项;发表SCI论文140余篇;获中国发明专利授权12项、PCT国际专利1项。
研究兴趣
小分子、生物大分子、高分子和超分子药物递送系统的生物质谱分析与体内时空命运研究;基于药代动力学的前体药物设计与开发。
